The Licensee will not under any circumstances have any cause of action against or right to claim or recover from Ace Web Marketing (UK) Ltd for or in respect of any loss, damage, or injury [whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential] of any nature (including without limitation lost data, lost savings, lost profits, interruption to business, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication failure, unauthorised access to data, inability to gain access to/or use the service). Your Account/Password Details

Access to E-mail Marketer© is restricted to authorised users only. You are fully responsible for keeping your account log–in/password data confidential, and accept full responsibility for all the activity that takes place under your password access.

You agree to notify Ace Web Marketing (UK) Ltd of any suspected or actual unauthorised use of your account/password details.

Checking E-mail Campaign Content

From time to time we reserve the right to check the content of your e-mails campaigns as part of our quality control process to ensure compliance with our Anti-SPAM policy and overall terms & conditions.

List Cleaning

If an e-mail campaign is set up properly E-mail Marketer© will automatically handle bounced e-mails and keep your lists clean. If for some reason this function is not activated, we reserve the right, to clean persistently bouncing e-mail addresses from your lists. In this scenario, we will first contact you to discuss the situation, before taking any action.

Termination of your Account

Ace Web Marketing (UK) Ltd reserves the right, for example for reasons already mentioned above and within our Anti-SPAM policy, at our sole discretion and at any time, to de-activate your account (i.e. terminate your use of E-mail Marketer©), without liability to you or any third party.

General

You can only purchase and use E-mail Marketer© if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you do not qualify (e.g. under age), you are not permitted to use this service.

This service may only be used for lawful purposes, as governed by your country law, and applicable international law.
